We're a boutique coffee roasting company serving the needs of discerning coffee drinkers throughout NZ.  Originally borne in the central Plateau of the North Island we are now located in Auckland, but contine the same dedication and pursuit of the best coffee that we've always been renowned for.

We source only the very best quality green beans and batch roast them to perfection to ensure optimum flavour and aroma to provide the best coffee experience possible in the home, office or cafe.

To enusre that you recieve the freshest coffee we only roast to order on a Monday and Thursday.

All orders that are received prior to Monday 9.00am will be included in the Monday roast schedule and all orders after that time will be included in the Thursday roast schedule.

Whenever you buy your coffee from us we go all out to ensure it arrives with you at its peak, and by always roasting our coffee to order we do our best to deliver a fresh coffee experience in the cup.

When you order our coffee all we ask is that you promise not to store your coffee in the fridge or freezer, next to the oven or in with your onions and garlic.  Best is cool and airtight, drinking it whilst it's still fresh and recycling your used grounds as compost.
